This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and y333 ("the Platform"). By creating a y333 account or using any product available on y333.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

All y333 accounts must be held by persons aged 21 years or older. Age verification is mandatory under y333's KYC process. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and deposits returned. No exceptions are made to this rule under any circumstance.
Each player is permitted to hold one y333 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, the same device, the same Pakistani mobile number, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus balances held therein.
y333 operates a PKR-denominated wallet. Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are accepted. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawal requests for KYC-verified accounts are processed within the timeframes stated in Section 6 of these Terms.
All bonuses offered by y333 are subject to wagering requirements stated in PKR at the time the bonus is claimed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. y333 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse of the bonus system is identified. Players are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of system errors, and any form of money laundering through y333 accounts. y333 monitors all account activity and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is identified or suspected.
y333 is committed to responsible gaming. Players may set deposit limits, loss caps, and session time controls from their account dashboard at any time. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the chosen exclusion period expires. y333 will not market to self-excluded players during their exclusion period.

By accessing y333.ws, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the y333 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the y333 Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and y333.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing and using the y333 platform and must not create an Account or deposit any funds.
y333 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you additionally represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are accessing y333 from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law; (c) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or trustee for any third party; and (d) the funds you deposit on y333 are not derived from any illegal activity.
To access any real-money product on y333, you must create a registered Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC or other government-issued identity document, your date of birth, your Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
y333 applies mandatory KYC verification to all Accounts before real-money withdrawals are permitted. KYC verification requires the submission of: (a) a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back); (b) proof of address issued within the preceding three months; and (c) where required, proof of the payment method used for deposits. y333 may request additional documentation at any time and at its sole discretion.
Each player is entitled to hold one Account only. Where y333 identifies that a player holds or has attempted to create multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, Pakistani mobile numbers, or payment methods — y333 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all bonus balances, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus funds.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to y333 at registration and during KYC is accurate and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y333 Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. y333 strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication via your registered Pakistani mobile number.
You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account on your behalf. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be treated as having been conducted by you, and y333 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact y333 support immediately via live chat. y333 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend your Account pending investigation. y333 is not liable for losses incurred prior to notification of suspected unauthorised access.
y333 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking transfer, UBL online banking transfer, and Meezan Bank online banking transfer. All deposit amounts are credited to your PKR Wallet in Pakistani Rupees. y333 does not accept deposits in any foreign currency and does not apply currency conversion to deposited amounts.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly and typically reflect in your PKR Wallet within seconds of confirmation on the payment provider's platform. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are subject to standard interbank processing times and may take up to one business day to reflect.
y333 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility and are not reimbursed by y333.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted by players with incomplete KYC documentation will be placed on hold until the required documents are received and verified. y333 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete KYC submissions.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit to the Account. This policy is maintained for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes and cannot be overridden under any circumstances.
Target processing timelines for withdrawal requests are as follows:
y333 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard withdrawal requests. Expedited withdrawal options, where available, may carry a processing fee that will be disclosed at the time of the request.
y333 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) suspicious activity is detected on the Account; (c) the Account is under investigation; or (d) the withdrawal request is inconsistent with the Account's verified deposit and gaming history.
All games available on y333 — including sports betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, and instant games such as Midas Fortune and Mine — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game or market. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any game-specific rule, the game-specific rule shall prevail in respect of that game only.
y333 offers only games sourced from certified third-party game providers whose random number generators have been independently audited and certified for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are the theoretical long-term averages certified by the game provider and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
y333 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) a game has malfunctioned or an error has occurred in the game engine; (b) a bet was placed after the relevant event or market closure time; (c) odds or game parameters were published in error; or (d) the bet forms part of a pattern of systematic exploitation of a platform error. In all such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's PKR Wallet.
For sports betting markets, all results are determined by the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority. y333 does not accept liability for results that differ from unofficial or preliminary sources. Live in-play betting markets are subject to the acceptance rules stated within each individual market.
y333 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are denominated in PKR and are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered or claimed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y333 platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Bonus Balances, withholding of winnings pending investigation, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

All content on the y333 platform — including but not limited to the y333 brand name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of y333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the y333 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to: (a) copy, reproduce, or redistribute any y333 content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on y333 content; (c) use y333's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation; or (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the y333 platform software.
Any unauthorised use of y333 intellectual property may result in Account closure and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y333's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player during the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
y333 is not liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss; (c) losses arising from the player's own failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions; (d) losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by factors outside y333's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, or cyber-attacks; or (e) the accuracy or completeness of any odds, prices, or game outcome information displayed on the platform where such inaccuracy results from a technical error.
y333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — including changes to withdrawal procedures, bonus policies, prohibited conduct definitions, or responsible gaming obligations — y333 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the y333 platform prior to the amendments taking effect.
Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates to reflect changes in payment method availability — may be made without prior notice. The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of any revision.
Your continued use of the y333 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting y333 support via live chat.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y333 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising between y333 and a player, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in the first instance by contacting y333 support via live chat or email.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable time, the player may escalate the matter to y333's formal complaints procedure. Details of the complaints procedure are available from y333 support. Where a complaint remains unresolved following the formal procedure, players may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated under y333's licensing framework.
All disputes shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in their jurisdiction of residence.
